Conditions of Use
For the use of the job and cooperation market as a service
of projektfarm GmbH, Lüneburg, (Germany) based on the
Markenbusiness Special Jobmarkets and Markenbusiness Backend
(“Markenbusiness”) the following terms and conditions
of use shall apply:
The use of the Job Market is free-of-charge. Publishing however
is subject to editorial control by Markenbusiness. Markenbusiness
reserves the right to remove job and cooperation advertisement
from the Markenbusiness pages and database at any time and
without having to provide reasons.
The following content will result in deletion of job market
- Information about ethnic origin political opinions and
affiliations, religious beliefs and sexual orientation;
- Harassing and insulting information;
- Adverts which do not fit the content profile of the Job
Market (e.g. regional reference, line of business, innovation
oriented alignment; here Renewable Energies);
Adverts which embody a suitable profile could also be published
on other Markenbusiness job markets by the Job Market editorial
team. The user can, at any time, alter or delete their advert.
As job advertiser you are obliged not to violate third parties'
name, trade mark or labeling rights.
Markenbusiness shall not be responsible for the correctness,
completeness, topicality and safety of the advertisements
in the job market. The natural or legal person who is the
author of the entry is solely responsible with regard to such
Markenbusiness offers merely an opportunity for users with
regard to supply and demand of job offers, job requests and
cooperation adverts. All operations or problems that might
occur with applications or labor relationships etc. are beyond
Markenbusiness liability and sphere of action.
Account owners who are responsible for job and cooperation
advertisements, are obliged to indemnify Markenbusiness against
claims from any third party due to any unlawful action of
the salesperson / owner/ account owner or fault with regard
