Solar & Energy Efficient Renovation Strategies for Multi-Family Housing 4 - 11 August 2007 Solothurn Switzerland

The Danube University Krems, Austria will accredite students of the Solar Academy 6 ECTS credits for participation in this event. Make this unique training opportunity count towards your degree!

The International Solar Energy Society (ISES), together with the Swiss Federal Office for Energy, the Department for Building & Environment of the Danube University Krems and Architecture, Energy & Environment Ltd (AEU GmbH), cordially invite you to take part in this exciting interdisciplinary educational opportunity!

This English language week long practical training event will focus on solar and energy and efficient technologies, strategies and methods for the renovation of multi-family housing. Being held in the tradition of the ISES Solar Academies since 1997, ISES, the 2007 Academy will be a unique experience to learn from leading academics and professionals in the field of sustainable architecture and engineering. A team of building designers and researchers will be led by Prof. Robert Hastings, leader of several IEA tasks on solar and low-energy architecture.
